Mister International Laos 2022 to join contest in Philippines

The Mister International Laos 2022, Mr Sengtavanh Chaleunphonh, recently left Laos to participate in the Mister International 2022 competition being held in the Philippines during October 20-30.
His parents and officials of the Mister International competition came to Wattay International Airport on Thursday last week to see him. He will promote Laos and its culture among contestants from 39 countries at the event in the Philippines.
The final round of the competition will be held on October 30, and it will shown live on the Facebook page of Mister International Laos. Mr Sengtavanh urged his fans and the public to support him so that he can win the competition.
Mr Sengtavanh, 23, is a resident of the World Heritage site of Luang Prabang, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Australia. He is the first Lao man to represent the country at the Mister International contest.
A ceremony to welcome the new Mister International Laos 2022 was held at Sofitel Luang Prabang Hotel last month. The event was attended by his parents, relatives, friends, officials of the Mister International competition and people from the entertainment industry. They congratulated him on his success.
